STAGE D'UNE JOURNEE A DESTINATION DES FEMININES DE LA LIGUE CENTRE VAL DE LOIRE DE JUDO.

STAGE A PARTIR DE LA CATEGORIE D'AGE MINIME ET JUSQU'A LA CATEGORIE SENIOR.

VOIR PROGRAMME CI DESSOUS:

 - 8h30 Accueil des stagiaires
  - 9hà 10h : -Taïso et renforcement musculaire : Corinne Basmaison
  -10h à 12h :    - travail Ne Waza 
                          - technique et randoris : Brigitte Alfonsi - Severine Boursicault


- 12h00 à 13h30  : Repas

- 13h30 :  -travail Tachi Waza
                 -technique et randoris : Brigitte Alfonsi - Severine Boursicault
 - 16h30 : -Infos sur les nouvelles règles d'arbitrage : Corinne Basmaison
-  17h00:  Fin du stage
      Le stage est ouvert des Minimes (ceintures Orange) à vétérans.
      Chaque participante devra emmener : son repas, sa trousse à pharmacie, sa gourde.
